Register an initiative
Before creating an initiative, check the initiative directory and coordinate with your team. One person should create the organisation; the others then request to join and are approved by its coordinators.
What you need
- an individual adiuto account with a verified email address;
- authority to represent the initiative;
- its public name and a short description;
- a monitored contact email;
- optionally its website, logo, and banner;
- at least one real location for goods drop-offs.
Create it
- Sign in and choose Register your initiative, or ask the assistant to help start one.
- Enter the initiative name. adiuto suggests its public URL identifier automatically.
- Add a description that explains whom you support and what your work involves.
- Add a contact email and optional website and images.
- Confirm that you are authorised to represent the initiative and accept the responsibility declaration.
- Submit the form.

The registration form collects the public profile and an explicit confirmation of responsibility.
The creator becomes the initiative’s first administrator. That role carries responsibility for the organisation’s presence on adiuto; add other responsible people so it does not depend on one account.
Add a location next
Goods tasks need a drop-off point so donors know where to bring items. Open Manage → Locations and add the location name, address, country, opening hours, and useful arrival notes. Check its map pin.
Remote activities can be created without a physical location when the task type allows it.
Approval
A new initiative can remain Pending approval while it is reviewed. You and other coordinators can prepare locations and tasks, but those tasks are not public until the initiative is approved. The creator is notified when its status changes.
Re-registering an initiative from the old platform
Old accounts, memberships, and initiative administration are not transferred automatically. Treat the new setup as a fresh registration: agree on one founder, create a current profile, approve the present team as they request to join, and publish only needs that are still valid.
