Use the assistant
The adiuto assistant helps you search, navigate, and prepare management actions in ordinary language. It is available from the main interface and understands the current page as context.
For donors and volunteers
Try requests such as:
- “I can bring winter jackets in Berlin.”
- “Where can I help this Saturday?”
- “Show food needs near Potsdam.”
- “Set my default search area to Leipzig.”
The assistant can interpret a search, open matching tasks, ask for a missing place or quantity, and help add the result to a draft mission. Always review the task details and mission before committing.
For initiative coordinators
On an initiative management page, try:
- “We need 40 winter jackets, urgent.”
- “Add a drop-off location at …”
- “Create two-hour shifts tomorrow from 9 to 17 for two people.”
- “Show our pending membership requests.”
The assistant can prepare changes to tasks, kits, locations, shifts, members, and the initiative profile. It presents proposed changes before applying them.
Review before confirming
Check every proposed quantity, date, place, role, and visibility setting. Remove an incorrect step or cancel the proposal. A proposal is not applied until you confirm it, and a successful result is shown afterwards.
The assistant does not replace the initiative’s responsibility to publish accurate, lawful information or the supporter’s responsibility to make realistic commitments.
Ask for help
The public Help page also has a question box grounded in adiuto’s help articles. Use it for “how do I” questions; use the main assistant for searching, navigation, and proposed actions.
